Can I cancel the bonus after I claim it?

Yes, you can cancel the bonus by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button after you claim it, and there might be a cancellation fee for this action. The ratio of the cancellation fee will be stated in the promotion’s terms & conditions.

The details of cancelling the bonus as below：

1. Free credit bonus: Deduct all amount and no refund. 

For example, if you received a rebate bonus from a rebate promotion, and you cancel this bonus, it will not be refunded.

2. Deposit bonus: Use the deposit amount first, followed by the bonus amount. (Cancellation Fee = Deposit Amount x Cancellation Ratio)

  • (a) When the loss amount is more than or equal to the deposit amount: Deduct all amount and no refund.

For example, if you deposit 100 and choose the 100% deposit bonus, your total loss amount is 150:
100 – 150 = -50 (No Refund, all deposit amount be used out)

  • (b) When the loss amount is less than your deposit amount, the refund amount will be: (Deposit amount – Loss Amount) – (Deposit Amount x Cancellation Ratio)

For example, if you deposit 100 and choose the 100% deposit bonus, your total loss is 50 and the cancellation ratio is 10%:
(100 – 50) – (100 x 10%) = 40 (we will refund 40 to your ‘Main Wallet’)

  • (c) When you are in a profitability situation and want to cancel the bonus, the refund amount will be: Deposit Amount – (Deposit Amount x Cancellation Ratio)

For example, if you deposit 100 and choose the 100% deposit bonus, your total winnings is 350, and the cancellation ratio is 10%:
100 – (100 x 10%) = 90 ( we will refund 90 to your ‘Main Wallet’)
