Note: If you want to change your email address, please send us an email using the current email and stating the new email address you wish to change (please make sure this email address is not yet registered with Six6s).
Step 2: Contact our 24/7 customer support team to request making changes.
Step 3: Phone call verification will be performed. (Please be reminded that phone call verification is necessary for this process and we will appreciate the confirmation of your contact number and best time for phone call verification together with your request.)
Step 4: After the documents are reviewed and the phone call verification is also completed, kindly wait for our notification message to be sent to your new email address once it’s approved.
Note: Account information cannot be changed more than three times. Personal details such as Username, Full Name, Date of birth, and Card Holder shall not be changed. This policy is to ensure your account security. Please always keep your account details up-to-date.
